90 Minutes....

This is an amazing story. It became personal to me when I read where they put the Ilizarov apparatus on his leg. I cried when he told of all the pain and despair he experienced because of it - because they so closely mirrored what I went through with all the halos and pins. But he had to endure so much more than what I did, and he prevailed triumphantly for God's glory. This is a truly inspiring book.

The NASB

Looking for a literal and accurate translation of the Bible? The NASB is just that.  To get anymore literal you would have to go to an interlinear Bible, or learn Hebrew and Greek. There is something poetic about the NASB, that less literal translations like the NIV lack. Don't get me wrong - there is nothing wrong with the NIV - it is a very accurate and straight forward translation. But for someone like me who grew up with the KJV - the NASB offers not only accuracy - but also the word for word translation with a poetic touch. My personal favorite at the moment is the MacArthur NASB Study Bible, which can be found at the link below.
